  1. Somatic/Relaxare:

  The Somatic/Relaxation Massage represents a methodical and systematic processing of the tissues, from the surface to the depth, following a sequence of well-established maneuvers, on each region of the body. Relaxation massage is one of the simplest, pleasant and delicate forms of massage. The massage maneuvers are applied with the palms or other parts of the hands, depending on the massaged area, with long, cursive, slow, sedative, relaxing movements. This type of massage is recommended for people who have had a very demanding period, as it helps to release the hormones of happiness, having a strong psychological impact. Also, the osteo-muscular-articular system benefits from relaxation, release, relief and unlocking, because some stretching and mobilization maneuvers are also introduced.

  2. Deep Tissue:

  This massage is indicated for people who have chronic muscle contractions, caused by various dysfunctions, those who complain of muscle pain without known causes, those who perform repetitive physical work that puts pressure on muscles and joints, those who suffer from osteoarthritis, those with problems chronic joints, those who have undergone surgery, to restore scar tissue, athletes, etc.

  3. Mixt:

  This type of massage represents a combination of maneuvers used in both Somatic/Relaxation massage and Deep Tissue massage. If in the Somatic/Relaxation massage, the maneuvers are applied with the palms or other parts of the hands, depending on the massaged area, and are offered with long, cursive, slow, sedative, relaxing movements, the Deep Tissue massage uses deep, relaxing maneuvers, which it is applied with the fist, nodosis, polices, elbows and forearms, in a slow rhythm. Their role is to penetrate as deeply as possible into the tissues, to decontract and remove fatigue from the muscles and unlock stagnant energy. This type of massage is recommended for people who want a deep decontracting massage, with pressure starting from the superficial, reaching the deepest, in the immediately lower limit of bearability.

  4. Reflexogen:

  Reflexology is a therapy that consists of manipulating or pressing reflexogenic areas/points on the feet/hands to produce a beneficial effect in the visceral areas (organs). The body is traversed by 12 important meridians, which begin and end with the soles and hands, which is the reason why reflexology addresses these areas of the body, especially since they are the ones that come into contact with the environment. The purpose of this massage is to stimulate the body from a neural, hormonal, circulatory, lymphatic, digestive, respiratory, reproductive, urinary, osteo-muscular point of view.

The benefits can be felt even during the therapy.

  5. Terapeutic:

 Therapeutic or medical massage, used in combination with physical therapy, can contribute to the treatment of various ailments and recovery from various illnesses. It does not address the condition, but tries to reduce and/or combat the symptoms and/or sequelae through which the condition manifests itself. This type of massage is indicated for people who have suffered:

injuries or sequelae:

- bone/joint: scoliosis, spondylosis (cervical, lumbar), kyphosis, lordosis, spondylitis, fractures, arthrosis, arthritis, etc.;

- of the muscles: frivolous torticollis, muscle contractions, lumbago, muscle rupture, muscle fever, etc.;

- tendons: tendinitis, sprain, dislocation;

- of the peripheral nerves. diseases: central neurological: hemiplegia, paresthesia, Parkinson's disease. of the circulatory system.

  6. Drenaj limfatic:

  Lymphatic drainage addresses the lymphatic system - lymph. Lymph is also called the white blood of the body. The lymphatic drainage massage is applied with a special technique, because the rhythm is very slow, in waves, offered in 3 times and feels like a caress on the body. It is deeply sedating, very relaxing, so that you can fall asleep during the session, which is very good, because the lymph circulates much more efficiently when the body is in the parasympathetic (sleep) state. This type of massage is indicated in post-operative and post-traumatic edema (fractures, sprains, hematomas, algodystrophy), pre- and post-operative period in aesthetic and reparative surgery; sequelae after stroke; rheumatic diseases: lumbar pain syndrome, coxarthrosis, gonarthrosis; diseases of circulatory origin: venous insufficiency, lymphatic insufficiency, varicose veins - varicose ulcer, cellulite, to strengthen the immune system, constipation, etc.

  7. Anticelulite:

  This type of massage, which addresses cellulite, in addition to manipulating the skin (massage that is offered with the palms, knots, fists), has integrated 3 more massage methods, which make it effective from the first session, namely, they are used : the silicone suction cups (helps to stimulate blood circulation, supplying the affected area with oxygen and nutrients), the pad (which helps to drain the previously stimulated area) and some physical isometric exercises (the client will have to keep the leg/legs for a few seconds, in the presented way, during which the masseuse will massage the area with the nodules, the fists or the calf, to burn calories). Of course, this massage, too, is offered up to the limit just below bearability. From one session to another, you will find that the pain decreases, because the fat cells that, at the beginning, were stuck together, forming the appearance of an orange peel, are separated and eliminated. The effects will be seen even faster if, after this massage, there is also a lymphatic drainage session.

8. Cupping/Suctions:

  The cupping treatment is an ancient one and aims to eliminate pathogens that try to attack the body, such as colds, osteo-muscular pains, even stress. The "jars" can relieve imbalances, because by creating a vacuum, blockages are removed from the capillaries and, at the same time, they relax the fascia for a smooth flow of blood, lymph and stagnant energy, stimulating the production of new cells that help strengthen the body, making it stronger, more resistant.
